Update: passed 40-50 green stones parasites and a tapeworm!

Ok..

So.. as my bowels weren't going to go on their own (I haven't eaten solid food since yesterday afternoon so that probably accounts.. maybe), I decided to do another warm water enema.

Thank God I did. I passed a lot of dark water, mucoid plaque strips, about 50 green stones, other parasites and a 6 inch tapeworm!

What the heck.. needless to say, I feel much better than i did last night and this morning. Way better.

A few things. This encourages me as far as my bowels go. It seems my transit time has been markedly reduced since I started this. Considering the flush mixture drink was the last thing I had.. and I just got it all out... well, that is awesome. Much better than before.

Also, I think a lot of what was going on last night had to do with die off.. possibly... of the Tapeworm and parasites.. and possibly stuff soaking through the intestines.. not sure exactly..

..anyways, I feel nauseous still. I'm going to get some filtered water and sip on that all day.. and then take some juices + SF .. and see how the day goes.. will restart the kidney cleanse again tomorrow morning.. also going to get a Coffee-Enema in here soon to get everything else out.
