Re: Possibly mercury toxic?

What about selenium? Is mercury ionize Se and make it unavailable?

I felt the benefits from Zn, Mg and Se only after first chelation cycles. This mean that removed Hg liberate the sites and allows the minerals to do their job. I thought Cutler talks about this but I'm particular concerned about Se.
