Please tell me (since you started the Valium) - exactly what time you took it and exactly how much you've taken. (If you don't already have it, get a lil' notebook and make sure you write down the time and amount of every dose, every day).

There's an herbal eyewash you can do that will kill parasites in the eye, heal 'floaters' and has even been known to cure total blindness...so whatever it is, you're going to beat it.

'Thing is though, something you ate didn't cause this...no way, no how. Visual hallucinations are EXTREMLY common with benzo issues...as are blurred & double vision and all types of "perceptual disturbances and distortions".

Other thing is... NO MORE DETOX BATHS, please! There's a possibility either of the things you soaked in would lessen the benzo level in your blood, or soak into the bloodstream and cause some kind of reaction.
