I know Uny ..it gave me energy at first then bam! a headache from hades .. I know I took too much and yes I need to work up slowly

I plan on doing that for sure ..probably start with a few grains and work my way up

also hubby took 2 tsp today and he is wired up with energy after working 12 hrs again !! he says he is tired but wired at the same time !

also he is highly allergic to bee stings but the pollen doesnt seem to bother him
