Do you know a good source of bee pollen and where to buy and how much to take a day?

Also do you know where the protocol for IF#1 and IF#2 is? I saw it in a post a while back but cant seem to find it now.

I took five IF#1 last night and no bowel movement today....but when I took 3-4 I had a huge movenent next morning.

Maybe cause I took a digestive enzyme with food and my body is finally absorbing food?
