Jeez louise! Since the middle of January, I've gotten out well over 2000 Gallstones in total, with about 100 or so being fairly large size. I've been hitting the liver hard this week with Coffee-Enema and castor oil packs but am going to take a break. I really hope that I'm nearing the end with the liver. HOPEFULLY.
Anyone else care to share what they've all gotten out? ... While I have had a harsh 5 year run with pharmaceuticals, I am ONLY 23! I was hoping my liver and gallbladder weren't that chalked full... I guess I was wrong. o.O

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,775,203Oh absolutely. I am at a whole different place than I was a few months ago... I'll be able to tell you more clearly in a day or two as I finally give my body a rest from all of this purging and just stick to diet, juicing, and the intestinal formulas.
My circulation throughout my body is 100% better. I always use to have cold hands and feet and now they are back to normal or close to it.
All the other symptoms that I was dealing with: anxiety, mood issues, etc etc are much better. It's all ALOT better.. I just need a freakin break!

Do you know a good source of bee pollen and where to buy and how much to take a day?
Also do you know where the protocol for IF#1 and IF#2 is? I saw it in a post a while back but cant seem to find it now.
I took five IF#1 last night and no bowel movement today....but when I took 3-4 I had a huge movenent next morning.
Maybe cause I took a digestive enzyme with food and my body is finally absorbing food?

How do u guys use the honey? In tea? Anyone use it in food?
I still can't find the if1 an if2 protocol thing I saw before . It had directions listed an all this stuff a out each it was a post in here I been searching for an hour.
Also cab I just take the if1 with each meal? I took four pills last night an was congested all day an eventually had one large movement. IDE rather have a few smaller movements.

A chat room would be fantastic (too bad for us). One of the things you (all of us) can do is to make separate posts/thread for separate issues and questions. I got some bee pollen from my local flea market from a bee keeper for $11 a pint .. also got some honey
my husband takes 1 tsp pollen every day for energy and he says it helps him a lot
I tried 1/2 tsp and done alright but when I upped it to 1 tsp it gave me a very bad headache for hours .. so I dunno if I took too much too fast or if it isnt for me

I know Uny ..it gave me energy at first then bam! a headache from hades .. I know I took too much and yes I need to work up slowly
I plan on doing that for sure ..probably start with a few grains and work my way up
also hubby took 2 tsp today and he is wired up with energy after working 12 hrs again !! he says he is tired but wired at the same time !
also he is highly allergic to bee stings but the pollen doesnt seem to bother him
