Re: Ascorbic acid and baking soda?

Planning to go to the dentist in May, but the place of destination got bad earthquake. I booked the ticket and hotel already though.
So yah, dunno whether the trip will go on or not. And whether the dentist can solve my root canal issues. I do hope it can be done. This couple of days I am a bit tired, and whenever my body weak, the toothache return (I am really careful not to overtax my body tho). I think maybe some inflammation flare up (my ears are bleeding today, dunno why).

But supplement reaction wise I am happy, so far no major complication like last time. Thanks for your tips on b12. Now I take 2 tablets per day (250 mcg per tablet). It's the best I can find (have no luxury for injection or other type hahaha). I take it together with digestive enzyme and probiotic (hoping it will help to digest the b12).So far so good:)

How about you? Yeah, need to find aluminum free baking soda (I need to go quite a bit far to find, so been delaying it for a while). Nowadays I prefer to travel nearby whenever necessary and stay at home.
