Thanks for the article:) I love the other points as well. FYI, I tried brushing my teeth with baking soda and Sea Salt before and I like the clean feeling. However later I stop since I need to find no aluminum baking soda (mine the regular one).

I think you need to find baking soda which contain no aluminum trace for safer result.
