Here are some other ideas. Sprout your own seeds and make a sprout sandwich. Add some well chopped nuts to it and some lettuce along with homemade mayo. Lettuce has calcium.

Stir fry's are good if you use low heat and some good oil.

If you like stews, use the grass fed beef. Roll the beef in some flour and brown it over low heat well, then add distilled water cook the meat separately. In the end, add some fresh veggies onions and garlic, and cook them just a little bit.

This is a mixture of cooked and raw foods that should help you out some for ideas.
