I was eating a primarily raw paleolithic diet before, including raw meat/organs/fat, fruit and vegetables. Many people in that community said that it was a recipe for no disease, yet it seemed to create many problems for me.
Do you have some ideas what I can eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper while doing the program?
I really have no clue what meals to prepare myself for sustained energy throughout the day.
If I can't sustain my energy, I would be too dysfunctional to even execute the program.
