If I were you I would start with Humaworm, it is a parasite cleanse. Humaworm has its own forum here called ASK HUMAWORM. Not to mention they also sell a candida cleanse on their website. I am currently on Humaworm, I know I have worms of some sort but also high yeast my doc said. Just so you know the ingedients in Humaworm parasite cleanse also take care of candida at same time..
