if u want do the candida tincture first, then do humaworm, but wait at least a week between both... DO NOT do both at the same time.. its crazy me and you have same exact symptoms...Do Liver Flush after humaworm, if you look on Humaworms website it tells you how to cleanse your WHOLE body and what cleansers to do first and last..here i copyed it from their website.. hope this helps
