Re: Fruit, sugar and turpentine

If someone has complete dysbiosis(no friendly bacteria) the fruit might just sit their and get fermented. . I think it just depends on the individual. They need to eat the foods that give them the best bowel movement transit time. If people want to move their bowels quickly mix some vitamin C with a senna tea bag. --This combo causes a bowel movement very quickly. Most herbal laxatives are annoying though because they can cause cramping. Her protocol is right maybe one treatment every 4 days--I heard from somewhere that the intestines regenerate about every 4 days or so. She is right about fat consumption and intestine aggravation/permeabilty especially with people that have leaky gut(candida erosions) in the intestine. Ive noticed if i eat too much fat my intestines get aggravated/inflammed. Also if i eat too much seeds/ nuts it causes more GI irritation. Probably because seeds and nuts can scratch the intestinal walls+produces more mucus. Anthing that irritates the intestines can cause the intestines to produce more mucus which can in return make it harder to eliminate the candida.

I noticed in the protocol they want you to make sure you put enough sugar in with the turpentine. Maybe this is to make it even more attractive to the candida. I can see why she uses terpentine instead of pine resin oil. The terpentine mixes better with sugar than pine resin oil. + The terpentine goes in and out of your body quicker. I wouldnt want any pine derivitave staying in my system that long. The pine resin oil might be harder to get out of your system causing to much irritation. I would definitely have 10-12 grams of vitamin c powder ready to flush it out in case it causes too much Gi irritation.

        * Seems like this protocol would be more beneficial for people that have severe candida. I would not do it if I had mild candida...i would rather try different approaches first.  Seems like the terpentine would kill friendly bacteria as well. Most substances this strong usually do.
