Re: Fruit, sugar and turpentine
I dont understand the whole" if you starve candida completely it will more likely turn fungal" . For me.. my candida was getting out of control when i was eating too much fruit. Every time I ate fruit (even on empty stomach) my Gi tract would blow up like a ballon. It seems like candida "fungus" likes fruit cellulose. You look at a rotten apple the first thing that starts to get eaten is the skin(celluose). Seems like plant fibers(cellulose) harbors fungus/mold. I read somewhere that Fungus can produce cellulose enzymes to convert cellulose into energy (sugar). Whereas yeast does not have that ability. Yeast does not produce the cellulose enzymes like fungus does. I read that wood is 44% cellulose thus mold fungus converts that wood fiber into energy thats how wood can rot. The mold would not rot the wood down unless it had something to ferment(cellulose)/wood fiber.
I thought the main reason why candida "yeast" turns into a :fungus" is because our friendly bacteria is wiped out through anti-biotics/chemicals and the friendly bacteria is what prevents the yeast from turning into a fungus. Then Dr. Jeff says you dont want to completely starve the candida then it will go shopping and spread to your tissues......But wont it spread even faster if you give it the food sources it needs to go on that long shopping trip? Very confusing topic. I thought the whole idea is to avoid fermentation at all measures--Cause fermentation is how yeast/fungus/cancer spread like crazy---and sugar in any form seems to fuel that. Candida does not ferment oil/ fat/protein.. A jar of oil can sit on the shelves for years never get moldy--just gets rancid.
So if someone has all of their friendly bacteria wiped out (complete dysbiosis) and the fungus has taken over the GI tract ...Why would someone want to eat sugars or fruit to keep feeding and spreading it? I thought the whole idea is to starve it to a point where it is very weak then you try to eradicate it with anti-fungals, probiotics etcc... I think the diet all depends on where people are in their dysbiosis. Some people might be able to handle a litlle fruit or grains because they dont have "complete" dysbiosis yet?
Like to add to Dr. Daniels Protocol. Something I thought about you can do is a turpentine enema/colonic. For people that do have no friendly bacteria in the colon (complete constipation). They can do one of 2 things. Do their own syringe bulb tupentine enema maybe a hour or 2 before getting a colonic done. That way you can flush the candida/turpentine out of your colon fast enough Or find a colon hydratherapist that can hook up a enema bag through their system and get a colonic done flush out all fecal matter/mucus--then do a turpentine enema----wait a half hour or so for the turpentine to settle in....and then continue with the colonic to flush out the dead candida/mucus. It would probably be a 2 hour session. I guess the whole trick is finding out what dosage of turpentine works. Not too much that it will irritate your tissues but enough to kill the candida. Then one can follow up with a probiotic enema a while later? The only problem that may lie here is people that do have plenty of friendly bacteria in their colon might not be worth it cause the turpentine might kill the friendly bacteria? I dont know the effect that terpentine has on friendly bacteria...seems like it killls everything in its path. But for someone who has no friendly bacteria and is completly constipated it might be worth experementing with......
All I know is this whole pine thing is interesting...because i ate a handful of pine nuts and had a die off for 2 days straight ---it was the strongest reaction ive had to any anti-fungal ive taken. People are curing their h-pylori ulcers with pine nut oil...check out the testimonials on the pine nut oil websites..very impressive...I found out that pine essential oil (aromatherapy) has similiiar ingredients to frankincense oil. I know someone who got rid of their brain cancer in 2-3 months by using Frankincense oil. I guess thats why they made pinesol is to kill germs? Interesting
