So today I tried not taking the Quantum again and taking more amla to replace it and I feel really bad. Both times Ive felt extremely sensitive to light with head pressure and today I'm nauseous. I've actually been feeling rather well as long as I don't try to do much so this represents a marked decrease in wellness. I will continue taking the 1,000 mg of quantum for now. I don't know if you've ever looked at the ingredients Uny, but there is far more in there besides the ascorbic acid. Bioflavonoids and a bunch of amino acids and pine bark extract. I agree 100% with the articles that you refered me to though about ascorbic acid.
I am interested in trying the superfood but I'd like to know what the smallest quantity I could buy would be and how much that would cost. I practically have my own health food store full of unused supps that I've tried once or twice. Most of the ingredients In the superfood seem like ones I would tollerate except for the grasses. I'm not sure about those at this time. Lettuce makes me sick lately and I know that wheat grass is far stronger than lettuce. What do you think about the superfood minus the grasses?
