Wow, that looks like it could be pretty painful, I'm sorry this is happening to you!  I'm sure Uny will have lots of good information for you.  She's seen your post and will answer as soon as she possibly can, hopefully by tomorrow night.

Just so you know, I wouldn't expect that you would see any significant improvement with only 2 CEs, IMO that's just a start.
