Well, I'm 46 now so I'm writing it off. I just want to get my health back and have energy and no brain fog again along with getting my weight off. I'm not used to being heavy at all and I HATE IT! I've read that a healing dosage of chlorella will eventually re balance your hormones as well and I am on 20 grams a healing dose. I just wonder how long it takes. I've been on it for 9 months. I am going to do a liver cleanse this weekend. I've been fasting and taking chlorella so I think I should be ok. I also had a colonic and the person there said my bowel and colon looked good. Thanks for the info tho and the websites I'll read them now.
