but yes i have tried glycine before in large doses and it failed to do anything for me before. maybe i was taking too large doses or maybe i wasn't absorbing it properly.

tried it again and it yes it does seem to take the edge off of things. interesting note that it is supposedly found in space. i always thought it tasted like what i remember snow to taste. maybe i am not that far off Tweet
