Re: lecithin reaction

 you may remember when i started soy lecithin, i got diarreah and throwing up sensation, along with a burning chest if i remember correctly. so you said it is probally because i am allergic to soy. ok so i went and bought sunflower lecithin, got the same reaction.

what could be wrong? fatty liver? toxic liver? or just allergic to both soy and sunflower.

I am not sure what else it could be other than if you had your gallbladder removed and there is added oil, which can cause a lot of bile to dump in to the intestines causing diarrhea.
