I've noticed that when I mix black strap molasses into the water that I gulp with my cayenne that I notice the burn less and it seems to go away faster. I am taking now 1/2 to 2/3 tsp (110,000 HU) in about 1/2 c. luke warm water with 2tsp to 1T bsm. I gulp it as fast as I can to the back of my throat. Good for you for sticking with it!
