I don't tolerate ACV too well. I can take 1-2 tsp of ACV in my breakfast salad but if I try to take a TBS of it later in the day in water, it gives me the chills. I *may* do fine with it after I've detoxed myself more, but I use it once daily in my salad.
That's still an improvement for me though. Before this program I couldn't hardly take a speck of 160k cayenne without a big reaction. Today I took a heaping 1/4 tsp of it. I seem to have a good color to my face, like my blood is circulating well. I think I saw smoke coming out of my ears after drinking it this morning, lol.
Is it OK to take IF2 near the cayenne/honey/lemon drink?
