>>> I thought my experience might help.<<< I don't know about anybody else, but what you reported would scare me to death! LOL
It's certainly not necessary (or suggested) for anyone to take so much cayenne they're having pain & nausea! Of course, if that's what you feel is working for you (or what you need to do), then do what you feel is working! But typically, one starts at 1/8 teaspoon 3x daily and gradually works up to 1 teaspoon 3x daily. Some people can do that in a couple of weeks; for others it takes months.
When working up gradually, our body acclimates and adjusts to the burn (both entry & exit :)...eventually it gets to the point that it's not uncomfortable at all. However, we lose that acclimation when we don't stay consistent...so if you take a few days off, be SURE to not start again where you left off, or you'll likely be extremely uncomfortable.
As far as utilizing cayenne to regulate your bp, it would be much more effective to take many small doses throughout the day/night, than to take two huge doses.
Me = concerned. You should have been off the bp meds quite awhile ago...and of course, that "ulcer" hasn't responded to any of the normal "sure cures" for ulcers (so I'm seriously wondering about that diagnosis, for sure and for certain). Whenever you have the time ( if you want to, of course), post an overview of everything you've done and are currently doing (and what you're experiencing, positive & negative), and let's see if we can't make some changes and get some more progress happening. Also, include the name of the bp med/dosage (and any other pharmaceuticals/otcs you're taking).
Healthiest of blessings!
