Ok think i need one more main question and then some basics about how to routine my day for starting on the iodine, before starting
I am confused what is the difference btwn Nascent and Lugols'. Which is one is gentler on body, especially for women, which one is better? I've read somewhere about there being the potassium in Lugol's that is specifically useful for women?
What are the benefits of each? and which one is better for what? Do you need to take all the supplementary vitamins for Nascent also??
Very confusing all this choices and a lot of it is in very technical explanation format, that i am completely useless at. Need a straight to the point, basic info on both choices.
