Ok so cool, just wanted to check that Iodine didn’t stress the adrenals, but instead helps support it. I was just a bit worried about the detoxing adding extra pressure on the already struggling adrenals. But think I get it, in which case, I shall commence thy treatment!

Whispering Wind, are you suggest going on the T3 meds is ok in the case of a RT3 issue? because it’s not an issue related to Iodine deficiency?

But wouldn't adding any thyroid hormone during Iodine supplementation hinder the thyroid doing it’s job? Especially if it is being supplemented with thyroid support eg Tyrosine, iodine, Selennium etc. Sorry, I just don't understand how iodine and thyroid meds work or don't work together yet.

Besides wouldn’t RT3 get cleared out anyway, once the adrenals and thyroid start kicking in?
