Newbie again_Vaccines, HC, RT3 meds

Tx again everyone. Here's a few more new questions. Thought I'd re-post this question in case it got lost down the bottom of page as I'M not sure how posting works.

Vaccines:
I have had to take some serious vaccines for my overseas trip to the tropics, so have delayed taking iodine. But i have to take another two sessions of shots in the next couple of weeks. So question, is it unsafe to start Iodine during vaccine period? apparently after completion of vaccines i have to wait 3 more weeks for them to take effect, which could mean i won't have time to try Iodine before i head overseas.

RT3:
And is being on T3 thyroid meds for reverse T3 a bad idea?(I have slightly elevated RT3 levels). I haven't taken it but not sure if Iodine will fix Rt3 problem also.

Hydrocortisone:
And I'm on 15mg HC and trying to wean off, so wondering, will iodine clash or put added stress on adrenals which could delay weaning off process? As my adrenals are still quite weak and i might have even weaned off a bit fast so now might have to delay in weaning off anymore.

Or should i stay on 15mg HC, while i go on iodine or maybe even till i complete iodine therapy?

Or in fact should i hold off on starting iodine therapy till i make sure adrenals are stronger first?

I'm asking so i know whether i need to bring more HC with me overseas, to support adrenals while on iodine.
