Here's how I suggest starting --

IF#1 - to be sure you can achieve 2-3 bms daily. Once you're sure you can do that, then you start with the IF#2 per the instructions here: //www.curezone.org/schulze/handbook/intestinal.asp#1


Some folks (like me) have increased bm's from the extra fiber in the IF#2; those that tend toward constipation can become more sluggish. So you may have to take more IF#1 when you start the IF#2 (or less). Remember, cayenne powder also increases peristalsis, so you have more than one variable.

Always take IF#1 with food (or right after). If juice-fasting, take the IF#1 when you're having the IF#2.

Activated charcoal - you can start adding activated charcoal to each IF#2 dose at anytime...BUT...I strongly suggest you wait to add additional charcoal until you see if the small amount of activated charcoal/bentonite in the IF#2 noticeably affects your HC levels. Almost everyone will find that some level of their pharmaceuticals/supplements are adsorbed by the IF#2.

SO, I suggest that you should think of starting the IF#2 as a small cut in dose of the HC. If you're at 10mg on the HC, stay at that dose until you've been consistently on the IF#2 for a week. THEN, you can either add the additional charcoal to the IF#2 (1 teaspoon per dose of the IF#2) OR you can cut the HC dose...but don't do both until you see what effect the charcoal has on the HC plasma levels.

Once you've been taking the IF#2 (long enough to 'get comfortable' with it and be having 3bms daily), then you can start either one of the cleanses (5 days Kidney, or 5 days Liver followed by a Liver Flush on day 6).

Superfood = 4-6 Tablespoons daily, however you choose to 'get it in'. My 'Superfood smoothie' is 1 banana; 1 cup of juice; 1 cup of ice (or not); 4T Superfood; 2T Milk Thistle Seed powder. And whatever else I may be in the mood to add or try.

For some, Superfood is something they 'grow into' as far as taste (we love it now, but it used to be almost totally intolerable). So if it's easier to mix your Superfood with just a little bit of juice and 'slam it down', that's fine.

Daily (if anything is strongly/negative reactive, then 'work up' rather than 'force')

-- IF#1/IF#2 (add 1 teaspoon of Unyworm to 3 of the 5 doses of IF#2 daily after acclimating to IF#2)
-- 4-6T Superfood
-- 1-3T of Milk Thistle Seed powder
-- ??? T of Bee Pollen
-- Cayenne Powder (3x daily)
-- 3T of Blackstrap Molasses
-- 3T of ACV
-- 3-6 cloves of raw garlic
-- 1-3T of Ashwagandha Root powder
-- tongue drops of bitter Liver/GB tincture (easiest to remember after each dose of IF#2)
-- 3-4 droppersful of Echinacea tincture 3x daily
-- kefir or lacto-fermented foods for gut flora
-- coffee enema
-- 1 quart of fresh juice (when not juice fasting)
-- veggie/mineral broth if wanted (as much as wanted)
-- healthy foods

On ' Liver Flush day' you may adjust 'all the above' however you'd like; on the day after the Liver Flush I recommend doing 2 coffee enemas (one after your first bm in the morning and another in late afternoon/early evening).

As far as 'cleanses', you can start with either the 5-day Kidney or Liver cleanse once you have regulated and familiarized yourself with the IF#2. Since 'liver' is likely to cause quite a bit more 'urpy burpy' and since you'll be doing the CE's, tongue-bitters & Milk Thistle Seed (which is more than enough for your liver to get used to), I suggest starting with the 5-day Kidney cleanse. After you've done that, go back to 'normal schedule' for a day or two (or three or four), and then start the 5-day liver cleanse that will end in a flush on Day 6. After that, go back to the 'normal schedule' and then start the 5 day kidney cleanse with the Bad Calcium Flush on days 2,3,4, after that...back to the liver (and so on).

Once the IF#1/IF#2 is regulated, you can start a juice fast whenever you'd like. In the meantime, do your best to get in a quart of fresh juice daily.

And I'm pretty sure that takes care of the basics - let me know if I forgot anything.
