A big challenge to someone with ADD

All the info you posted I appreciate but I'll tell ya, it can be a big challenge. The links all take me to great big long articles that I have to wade through and force my tired brain to understand. I hate to sound complaining but I wish there was a place here where it was all just laid out in a short list of how these things should be taken. It all seems to be spread out over thousands of pages, and it's not hard to get lost and confused in all of it. Schulze's older books don't seem to jibe with new info.

I hope Uny reads this and checks in. I think she recommended that I just do the 30 day IP with no juice fasting until I've cleaned out the colon. If I'm not wrong, I need to focus right now on IF1, IF2, Unyworm, and Echinacea tincture, and after 30 days I presume, I'll be using Liver/GB tinctures, etc., to work on the liver, GB, and kidneys.
