To all Re: Hello Everyone.
Hello everyone,
thank you one and all for your kind messages: it has meant a great deal to me.
Some people like me have a genetic predisposition to
Depression and in my case of the Major variety (the worst kind). I don't mean to shock anyone but death/dying/and suicide has always lingered at the top of my list of thoughts on a daily basis.
If anyone has a mind they can research the "symptoms of Major Depression" and where I have had at least 98% of those listed.
I cannot imagine anything worse.
the good thing is that it can be controlled to a large extent by living habits that comply with those of NH, but the abuse of that lifestyle that can creep up unawares in terms of overwork over a long period of time can largely go unnoticed, until the body/nerves can take no more and the collapse sets in.
Where is the sense in that you may ask? but it creeps up on you ever so slowly but surely given sufficient time. Or too much to do in too little time would be a good definition here or what I have heard described as "the snapped shoelace factor".
My mistake and I am currently paying the price.
Any emails privately of support or otherwise would be extremely welcome.
I will not be able to participate on the forum as I used to until this monster of an illness has been defeated and that I hope will be sometime from the end of Feb' and sometime in March.
Thank you all once again for you ever so kind words.
Chris
