Re: For the experimentors among us, also of interest in the general water-drinking discussion.

C,

No worries! By the way, the nicely stated wording is not mine but from TC Fry but I shied away from quoting his NH course again lest I be seen as infringing T&Cs. If I wasn't trying to finish before having to leave the house, I probably would have indicated the author in some way.

Coincidentally, Dr Mercola recently posted an article about the bottled water industry that makes interesting and important reading. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/01/21/best-and-worst-...

I've been buying small amounts of bottled water just for the plastic bottles thinking I could get away with some re-usage but now I'm going to look for an alternative portable container, possibly something made of glass or a less breakable material.

Having reviewed the Adya Clarity info brought up by Google, I was immediately put off by the magnetic sulfate material used. Sulfates are always bad news so why would this one be any different? But reading the ingredient list, it's a virtual who's who of metals guaranteed to be in inorganic form. If you want mineral water that can actually be used by the body, you want to eat raw fruits to include the non-sweet ones - tomatoes, cucumbers and such like. So sayeth Shelton, Fry, Sidhka and a host of others.

Yours truly,
NH...
