Natural Hygiene teaches us that distilled water is first considered to be unpalatable because we're so used to drinking water with everything under the sun included in it and most of that hazardous to our health e.g. lead, flouride and inorganic minerals that the body cannot use.

Distilled water cannot leech minerals from our bodies because it is inert and is acted on by the body, not the reverse.

Plastic containers decay and add chemicals to any fluid contained therein so that's not just a bad taste, it's a toxic mixture which will only add to your woes.
