Can't find distilled? I see it along with the spring water in my urban neighborhood. Could even change my home delivery of spring water to distilled, but I like the idea of distilled in plastic even LESS than I like the thought of the spring water in same.

My sense is spring water is fine for water fasting. I draw the line at city tap water. But anything is possible and beneficial probably, depending on how a person thinks.

Think the water pure, and it can be pure.

As with Emoto's water experiments, (check these out, if you aren't familiar) water has been proven to hold the imprint of a genralized consciousness, of thought, or even a word taped to a glass.

A word like "thank you" can do wonders in this sense, and has been documented.
