Listen to your body, it is craving salt. Do 1/4 tsp of Sea Salt in the morning with breakfast & at lunch (either on food, or mixed with water) cashews are very high in potassium, and will make you feel much worse if you are in a later stage of AF.
Only thing I would do for toxins is some fresh lemon in water, its very gentle yet effective.
just curious did you have any procedures (dental work or other surgery) done just prior to your saliva test, or take any stimulants the day of (like cortisone or caffeine?) as these could alter test results.
Also if possible, keep a journal of daily activity, so you can compare your overall consumption & activity levels to the way you feel.
