Can you still eat garlic, onions and spicy food?
I'm also a vegetarian with a high raw food content, but I miss garlic, onions and other spices when I eat cooked veggies.
How about cabbage, brocolli,cauliflower, peanuts, tofu, legumes and all the other yummy high choline stuff? Can you still eat these things with your regime?
I'm finding it nearly impossible to be vegetarian without choline vegetables. It's insane that a low protein choline diet is even allowed. It's so unhealthy.
