Re: Schindele's Minerals - Source of Silica?

Oh, also, is it good to use dolomite as a source of magnesium and should this also be dissolved in water?

Dolomite is a carbonate, which is garbage.  Carbonates are poorly absorbed and will interfere with the absorption of other minerals and proteins.

I was thinking to combine dolomite with home-ground bone meal.

I'm desperate to find a source of good minerals for my teeth healing...

Since you do not like nettle how about seaweeds and alfalfa?

I've tried "nourishing infusions" of nettle and oatstraw but nettle is a diuretic (I'm already losing salt/water with adrenal fatigue)

Again nettle leaf provides minerals, so it replaces what is expelled.

I don't know what you are drinking for water, but if it is a purified water these can easily lead to electrolyte imbalances, and they are also diuretic but unlike nettle leaf do not replace minerals.

and oatstraw makes my nipples sore (freeing testosterone).

This does not make sense either.  Nipple sensitivity in men is from a lack of testosterone and too much estrogen, not too much testosterone.
