Schindele's Minerals - Source of Silica?

Hey all,

I've tried different things for silica and they all have bad side effects like hypertension (DE) or contributing to varicose veins (Bamboo gum).

Apparently, Schindele's minerals is another source of silica, although I've not tried it.

Does anyone have good experiences with Schindele's minerals and any specific preparation (e.g. dissolution in water overnight)?
