Oh, also, is it good to use dolomite as a source of magnesium and should this also be dissolved in water?
I was thinking to combine dolomite with home-ground bone meal.
I'm desperate to find a source of good minerals for my teeth healing...
I've tried "nourishing infusions" of nettle and oatstraw but nettle is a diuretic (I'm already losing salt/water with adrenal fatigue) and oatstraw makes my nipples sore (freeing testosterone).
