I've drank DE after fasting during sleep and I can very honestly say that's the only thing I've consumed that causes a hypertensive state.

I go by how I feel with things and if DE gives me deleterious side effects, I'm not going to use that substance - it is food grade too...

I really need silica to help me rebuild and heal, yet just about every source I've looked for has prohibitive side effects.

It's almost like the universe does not want me to heal, even though I've prayed and prayed for wisdom and understanding.

Everything that's healing for me has prohibitive effects.

Beer is a good source of silica, which I would consume if I could tolerate alcohol better, but I can't drink a quart every day. Tweet
