Congrats man, now here's the thing. You CAN'T eat anything and everything. Why? Because that's what created the B12 definition in the first place, an unbalanced diet. Do your self a favor and eat a healthy Diet (mostly whole grains and veg) some meat and fruit, etc. Learn about food combining and reading labels. In a few months you will not need to supp B12. Also, look for foods that naturally provide B12 and eat them frequently. Some of these include: Clams, Oysters, and Mussels, liver, fish, crab and lobster, lamb, and eggs. Check out energy bars that have hight B12 as well, but your best bet is to get it naturally from the foods above.
