So I found out the reason why I was sleepy for anyone who has been following my posts around here was a deficiency in Vitamin B12. I've been taking pills and feeling MUCH better!
I'm telling you people on here. I am cured. I can eat anything and everything again. It's been about 4 weeks since I started eating normal and NO SYMPTOMS and a pink tongue! It's so awesome.- Re: Found the problem AngelofEventide

I was deficient in B12 and Iron because of the diet not because of Candida. Like I mentioned in my earlier post, I have cured Candida using the following:
I did all this for 3 months
Methalyne Blue (Drinking one cup a day of 1 gallon of water with 1 drop of 2.7% MB)
Nystatin 3X Daily
1 week of Fluconazole every 4 weeks
Using Dr. Ted from Bangkok's alkalizing methods
Taking LOTS of natural antifungals and rotating them daily
About 12 pills of Allicin daily, 4 per meal
Taking loads of probiotics (Kefir, Lactobaccilius Acidopholdus, Bifidus, PB8, etc.)
Eating ONLY organic food
Drinking ONLY filtered water

This is a reply to # 1,749,302Congratulations! I read a few of your posts and it seems a key in getting rid of candida for you was putting acidophiuls into almond butter. Is that correct - it was key ? I feel the candida diet robbed me of many nutrients. I did a little excel spreadsheet and I was low in many many nutrients. Had to start making vegetable broth for potassium, rubbing magnesium oil into my skin. I'm still very tired but have B complex shots here to do yet. B12 didn't help me at all.

This is a reply to # 1,749,243Congrats man, now here's the thing. You CAN'T eat anything and everything. Why? Because that's what created the B12 definition in the first place, an unbalanced diet. Do your self a favor and eat a healthy Diet (mostly whole grains and veg) some meat and fruit, etc. Learn about food combining and reading labels. In a few months you will not need to supp B12. Also, look for foods that naturally provide B12 and eat them frequently. Some of these include: Clams, Oysters, and Mussels, liver, fish, crab and lobster, lamb, and eggs. Check out energy bars that have hight B12 as well, but your best bet is to get it naturally from the foods above.

Now that you have your health, you're better for it since you probably have a new understanding of nutrition. Please keep us up to date on your progress and continue to post here occasionally in the future, often people disappear and its frustrating for us not to hear positive feedback and what worked.

This is a reply to # 1,749,823I did about 1 tablespoon of almond butter with 1 teaspoon of acidopholus and slowly increased it 1 teaspoon a day until I felt I was at a good maintenence point.

I went to whole foods for that acidpholus in a jar the man who worked in that section said he had worked at quite a few wholefoods and never heard of such a thing. wish you could take a picture of the bottle and upload it on here to help us I really need to get that because my kefir did not work it all tasted rotten for some reason...

This is a reply to # 1,749,243There is most certainly a correlation between b12 and "candida". You can directly tell if you are dificient if the white tips of your nails are weak or dissapearing, starting with the pinky finger. This is also a sign of low stomach acid.
My symptoms have gotten much better since taking bitters/HCL, and taking chlorella, and the whites of my nails have returned!
