Lolite is spot on.
when I used to work nightshifts at a mental hospital and had to go to my day work right after I used to make a coctail of; 10-20 drops of iodine,vit c, coffe, coconut oil and cayenne pepper (makes it go straight in)
It kicked and I stayed that way for the day; not that I recommend doing what I did.
As long as you keep the companion minerals and vitamins high too, it is no problem with a high Iodine intake, IMO.
