Only you can determine your correct dosage. The best advice anyone on here can give is listen to your body.

There is too much information on Iodine to just make it a one size fits all.

There are 2 friends you need to make here on the Iodine forum....one is the FAQ at the top of the page and the other is the search bar within the Iodine forum. From there, you can ask questions but you need to start with the basics.

It has taken me almost a year and a half to get to where I am and I am still learning every single day. This is not something you will learn in one post.
