Re: Urinary Problem - January 2010 to Present
When I had my Potassium levels checked, they were in the normal range but towards the low end.
Low potassium can be from kidney issues, high sodium intake such as the baking soda you were ingesting, excess consumption of water; particularly purified waters or some diuretics to name a few.
I am not sure what you mean by Brix level, or bone meal.
Brix is merely the level of sugar in solution. Coca Cola is higher brix than most fruits and vegetables. This does not make it better for you or healthy.
Bone meal is powdered bone. It supplies all the nutrients required for bone.
Another symptom I forgot to mention is when I cry, there are no tears and my eyes hardly water. This didn't use to be the case until recently.
Blocked tear ducts are one possibility. Early onset Sjorgen's would be another possibility, but would also cause severe dryness of other tissues such as in the mouth.
How does Epsom Salt help the hemoroid? Can it cure it?
Epsom salts are a laxative. They will not cure hemorrhoids. Silica and vitamin C, butcher's broom and digestive bitters all help with correcting hemorrhoids. Do not strain during bowel movements. If the stool is hard try some slippery elm or marshmallow root as a stool softener.
Stay away from purified waters such as distilled or reverse osmosis waters. These can actually dehydrate the body, lead to electolyte imbalances and rob the body of nutrients.:

Spring water is the best choice. Otherwise add minerals back to the water with food grade diatomaceous earth or trace element salts before drinking the water to reduce the solvency.
