Doesn't Kelp contain high amounts of Bromine and low amounts of dangerous metals? I already take a calcium and magnesium supplement as well as 2 drops of Lugol's a day. My stools are not usually hard, they are often soft or lack firmness.
So if I buy some Lemons and Limes, what do you suggest I do with them to use them effectively? How long before I start to see a different to my overall health? Can't I just add freshly squeezed lemon and lime into a 2L bottle of tap water?
