Re: Is Dehydration ever desired??

you are overthinking this--which is a subtle way of stone-walling, or just taking in more information to cover the sense of fear over surrender.

I was thinking, (today), a really good post here would be an essay about the incredible lightness of surrender (in the water fast.)

The more I read Barefoot (for example) telling people that they should be either dead or enlightened, if they've *actually* water fasted...(as opposed to lying about it) the more I see a place for such an essay.

It's very simply (but not easily!)about surrender,
when it comes down to it.

The people that manage it, without much excess stress are the ones who can move/adjust to the tune of that surrender.

It's quite a lovely thing, if you can just lay down the planning and the control...and all that stuff that passes for "managing things" in the so-called real world. So, Haven't you collected enough information? What about the Soil and Health Library?

As for the grapefruits, send them to me! I adore them. But really, they will be fine. Are they outside, and ripe? If so, bring them in, and let them sit. And bless them. If inside, let them be, or gently remove them (if on a tree), and refridgerate(to preserve).

c'mon. Time's a wasting.
(Really, as you will have noticed, it's speeding up--all the more reason to carve out the time, and get down to some water fasting--you've talked about it plenty.)
