Re: How much iron do vegetarians need to supplement?

How exactly did he do it - I am a vegetarian for quite a few years now however, have been suffering unbelievably from iron deficient anemia to the point where I had to go to emergency overnight for blood which I hated doing.

We cannot find out why I am anemic - I do eat cheese, eggs, did drink milk but have switched to almond milk recently. I am now doing parasite cleansing because I know I have them and it is probably that they are the cause of my anemia.

I have to take 3 iron pills a day in order for my hemoglobin and iron levels to stay up - however, I am still fatigued. Am working on my thyroid, adrenals, etc.

As for iodine, my Chelation doctor told me to paint the Iodine on and when it is gone within a 24 hour period or less it means your body needed the Iodine - if not you keep painting until it disappears in a quicker time frame.

Oh well, I will struggle on, but I do not want to add to the already nightmare existence of the poor helpless animals who suffer beyond belief at the hands of mankind.
