xD Yeah, I'm just sniffing/smelling the peanut butter jar a little to surpress appetite xD Funny, i know, but somehow it works! xDD
I'm planning to break my fast with boiled carrots, broccolli and Celery and the occassional apple x) Is it possible for me to take a dab of peanut butter, not a whole lot, but like, half a tea spoon of it divided with a few stalks of Celery to add to the flavor?
Also, do you know how long I must take raw vegetables until my metabolism goes back to it's normal rate? Or how long I must take vegetables until I can start back on meats and other harder to digest products like dairy and eggs.
