I can't personally tell you how much CoQ10 to take. That is something I have taken for my general health. 1-2 caps, swallowed just as they are. I used the herbicides & zapper to kill the bugs, & use them still for maintainence.

You will need some copper tubes along with the zappers, and the same source has them. I think you can get everything for under $40., or close to that.

You can also attach a penny to each end of the alligator clips. I would cover them with Nexcare paper tape, removing it and renewing it after each session, and wet the tape with a mild salt water solution after you (gently! watch that wire touching that nub on the alligator clips that it is not loosened). The pennies can be Nexcare taped to your wrists or ankles where the arteries are, thus zapping blood borne pathogens. The copper tubes are more effective, though, because they cover a larger area. But after a month or so, for maintainence, the pennies can be fine.

The clips conduct the electricity from the wires to the pipe or to the pennies so that the charge can go into your skin and into your body.

I don't know much about "scatter" or migration, but I know that herbicides & zappers kill the bugs. Every bug they kill will never reproduce again. Even if a bug is not being zapped, it could move some place else, and they have a history of doing so at times, for sure.

The purpose of zapping in different parts of the body is to reach all areas as much as possible, though.

By eating very healthily you can also help make your body less friendly to them.

I would be cautious about taking medicine & herbals and zappers at the same time. I would be cautious about taking any kind of meds, personally, for one thing I think maybe they can give you a false sense of security. For example, do they kill the eggs? If not, well, you know what is going to happen. For another thing, there can be dozens of varieties of parasites inside & how many kinds do those meds really address?
