I decided to eat some raw fruits and veggies to ease into a short fast. I'm thinking of rotating short Water Fasts with eating raw and maybe getting a juicer and juicing. I have 120 lbs to lose, so even if I fasted a month, I would still have a long way to go. I plan on doing a long fast eventually but once I get rid of a lot of my excess fat, cause I have read they store a lot of toxins.
Today I just munched on a bag of raw cranberries, I am surprised I don't feel hungry to eat more. I did almost stop into a deli out of habit around lunch time and had to remind myself, I'm not eating that way anymore.
