Hungry....If you're Obese, and can walk dogs two hours a day, then you have good strength now. Continuing your Obesity will be disabling eventually. It may be 10, 20, 30, or more years down the road, but it's coming. You are wise to stop Now.
I feel that Water Fasting is the best way to overcome any Bad Habit, or Addiction. It has a proven track-record if done correctly. Actually, Dry Fasting is the very best way, but requires the most discipline, and can be dangerous. These other Fasts, and Diets, may be healing too, but there's nothing like Water Fasting (or Total Fasting, if you can do it).
I would suggest that you control your Diet before you begin a Water Fast. Entering a Water Fast after your uncontrolled diet, would be difficult at best.
Whatever you decide...go slow...take Baby Steps...easy does it.
