That makes more sense. I will look into it, rotating raw foods, juice fasting with some Water Fasting days. I have a whole lot of weight to lose, and probably like you said some backed up waste in my stomach. It is always bloated looking.
Ill start with eating raw fruits and vegetables for a week. I don't have a juicer and my blender broke, so I'll have to get those later.
